This self-paced course was designed to educate and empower you to navigate the changes of your postpartum body with confidence. By introducing common postpartum conditions, it is my hope that you are better able to advocate for yourself and take control of your postpartum wellness. This course takes a full body approach, so you will learn about so much more than just the core and pelvic floor.
Instead of trying to heal your pelvic floor and then your diastasis and then try to figure out how to transition back to exercise, why not have it all in one place? This course will guide you through each phase of the postpartum recovery process and takes a full body approach to heal you as a whole person rather than treat your pelvic floor.
