Think of this as the starting line of your race. Reconnecting to the deep core and pelvic floor truly is the foundation to all of your fitness goals because all movement comes from the core.  

Restore: Restoring proper function to your pelvic floor and core is the real game-changer for a better quality of life. Without these systems functioning properly, you’ll continue to experience leaking, prolapse, and diastasis recti. You will constantly experience setbacks when you try to progress to more challenging exercises. This stage encompasses a true mindset shift and believing that the intentional movements you do now will lead you back to the activities that you love.  
Rebuild: The rebuilding stage includes ensuring that you are strong and capable of the demands that life puts on you.
