Restore: Restoring proper function to your pelvic floor and core is the real game-changer for a better quality of life. Without these systems functioning properly, you’ll continue to experience leaking, prolapse, and diastasis recti. You will constantly experience setbacks when you try to progress to more challenging exercises. This stage encompasses a true mindset shift and believing that the intentional movements you do now will lead you back to the activities that you love.
