  •  How to turn your pelvic floor ON and OFF—both matter for leaks
  • How to breathe during lifts and workouts so pressure doesn’t push urine out
  • How to check yourself for ab separation (diastasis recti)
  • Simple, effective exercises to reconnect your core and pelvic floor
  • How to stop leaking during things like running, box jumps, and Olympic lifts
